After making various (digital) clocks in Excel, I thought it would be fun to make an analog clock in Excel.
Now one thing led to another and so my first project was born.
A Real Time Weather Station In Excel
A weather station in Excel with all the gauges you expect on a weather station.
The data comes via a web query from Schiphol.
The gauges and the clock are made up of graphs.
To run the clock, a macro with an endless loop was needed.
I had succeeded with some internet searching, but unfortunately the memory filled and the macro crashed after a few minutes.
Via the ComputerIdee I came to Wim de Groot with my question and he showed me how to solve this. I honestly don’t know how long the clock now runs, but at least it runs a lot longer than before.
